Tickets purchased via this website are non-refundable, unless the screening is cancelled or rescheduled.
Tickets are also non-exchangeable although under exceptional circumstances, with at least 24 hours notice, an exchange for a specific performance may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that we are only able to exchange tickets once. That exchange must comprise the entire ticket order and bookings cannot be exchanged for credit.
Tickets must not be resold for profit.
Tickets can only be purchased from this website by credit/debit cards.
Ticket price includes a £2 administration fee per ticket.
Admission to the screens is subject to the guidelines stated in the Ticket Info page.

By purchasing tickets via this website you agree:

Cinema tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). Suitable identification may be requested at the Box Office.
Each voucher features a unique reference ID code, which should be quoted at the time of booking. Vouchers are non-refundable, may not be exchanged for cash, change will not be given and is non-transferable. Subject to availability. Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. 6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be announced on Olympic Studios' Instagram page on 3rd June 2025 and contacted via direct message.
If the winner does not respond within 5 days of being contacted, a new winner may be selected.
